1. I am concerned about providing my credit card over the Internet. Is it secure?
Your privacy and security are important to us! Our secure server software is above the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address so that it cannot be read as it travels through various computer systems.
2. When can I expect my order to be delivered?
After you have placed your order online, your wedding invitations order will ship within three business days from the date you placed your order. Most orders ship within 48 hours. All orders are shipped via UPS, and have an added delivery time of 2 to 7 business days. If you need your order sooner, RUSH shipping is available at an additional fee.
3. Do you have a printed catalog I can order?
To help keep the costs of our invitations down, we do not produce mail-order catalogs. We do suggest that everyone order a sample of the invitations they want to compare so that you can see, and feel the differences.
4. Can you print my invitations in a foreign languages?
We can print foreign languages when the letters are from the English alphabet. In addition, we offer Spanish verses for wedding and Quince Años ensembles.
5. What if I need to return my order?
At Select Stationers we are committed to providing only the very finest shopping experience to our customers. Our goal is to take every measure possible to ensure your delight with the products you order through us.
Our stationery consultants are trained to proofread all orders for spelling, grammar and, in some cases, wording suggestions. However, we cannot guarantee that we will always catch customer entered errors, especially the spelling of proper names, so please review your wording carefully. In the unfortunate instance an error in your wording does get printed, we will work with you to correct the mistake quickly and reprint your order at a 30% discount.
If any order were to contain an error or misprint caused by our staff, we will happily reprint it at no cost to you.
6. How do I order a sample?
Browse through our invitations until you find one that you are interested in. Then click on "Order Sample" button located at the bottom right of large product page. You will be able to add multiple samples to your shopping cart before you check out. US Postal Service shipping charges are included in the price of the sample, you may have expedited shipping for your sample order if you wish.
7. What if I am not satisfied with my order?
Convenience should not come at the expense of quality. At Select Stationers, we are committed to providing superior service, quality merchandise and complete satisfaction to you, our customer. We try very hard to exceed your expectations, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your shopping experience we will extend to you an appropriate compensation to resolve the issue.
8. Does Select Stationers offer any sales?
From time to time, we do offer sales and special discounted pricing on specific items, or all items from specific manufacturers. Check back often to see if we have any current sales.
9. What if I find a lower price on the same invitations elsewhere?
Our regular pricing is guaranteed to be the best amongst all other full service invitation providers. We do not feel that the "do it yourself" invitation wholesalers can compare with our service or selection, and we do not try to be competitively priced due to their lack of service. If you find a better price on the same invitation ensemble within 30 days, we will refund the difference between them.
